Frank trained at USC (Class of 1980), then earned his certification at Deloitte Haskins & Sells, where he moved quickly into taxation. He completed his Master of Science in Taxation at Golden Gate University in 1986.
In the 1990s and 2000s, Frank served as a Revenue Agent with the IRS. That experience gives him a working, inside understanding of IRS procedures — an advantage for clients facing audits, notices, or complex tax issues.
He works closely with creative professionals — software engineers, artists, and members of the motion picture industry — and knows the tax terrain of those fields. His communication is direct, clear, and built for people who want straight answers.
All work is handled personally in his Pasadena office. When clients call, Frank answers the phone. His practice is built on clarity, precision, and support.
